Modern and bright new home

New modern house (2022) with all the comforts. Great outdoor areas with a patio, garden, balcony and a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of Oslo and the fjord. Three bedrooms and one kidsroom. Bus stop almost right outside the door with buses that takes you to Nesoddtangen Brygge in 10min, and from there the ferry takes you to Oslo and Aker Brygge in 23min. The house is located within walking distance to several beautiful beaches and recreational spots in the popular area of Hellvik.

A small garden area in front of the studio can be used. 2 minutes to the bus stop for bus 31, which runs every 12 minutes. A short distance to Fornebu Centre with shops, restaurants, and a gym. Close to great swimming spots and walking areas (Fornebu Park). Note: Bed is 120 cm wide. No Smoking and pets.
