Unique getaway for two. Experience modern comfort in one of NSW’s most sought after destinations for that perfect weekend or mid-week break! Our guesthouse is separate to the main house, giving you privacy and space. You will have access to our spacious al-fresco area with BBQ and outside dining. Simply relax beside the pool, read a book in the private backyard, or spend your days at the beach or exploring. We have 2 boogie boards and pool floats you’re welcome to utilise during your stay.

Studio Lu.

Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Amore at the Beach - Terrace apartment at Dutchies

Amore at the beach is 3 only beachfront apartments and are couples only to create that peaceful relaxed stay. Located 5 min walk along bridal pathway to Dutchies Beach or 15mins to Delbora Marina. The Terrace is our largest apartment with a full spa bathroom, King Bed, Kitchen, Lounge, dining, sitting room and office desk opening on to its own private deck. Internet, Foxtel, Apple TV, Netflix and Google sound dot are provided free of charge along with the abundant bird life and sea views.

This apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Walk to the beach, award winning restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique shops and d’Albora Marina (approx. 400m from the unit), where dolphin watching cruises and the ferry departs and whale watching adventures (between mid-May and mid-November each year). Nelson Bay Golf Club is only 600m away. Please note that this listing is not appropriate for people with mobility challenges. Steep access and stairs.
