Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Recreatie aan de Vecht ligt net buiten Weesp, aan de rivier de Vecht en de Ankeveense plassen. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor heerlijke vaar, fiets en wandeltochten of een dagje Amsterdam.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

De Vink is een rijksmonument met een unieke vrije ligging direct aan de rivier. In een landelijke omgeving, op steenworp afstand van Amsterdam. De doorrijd schuur is verbouwd tot een zelfstandig verblijf met eigen ingang. Met aandacht voor het interieur en uitstraling zodat elke gast zich prettig voelt. Op onze boerderij, waar de B&B’s zich bevinden, hebben wij koeien en schapen en lopen er twee lieve Friese Stabijen rond.
