With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Pentire Studio is a beautiful 1 bedroom Studio apartment, overlooking our large garden. You are just a 20 minute walk to the famous Kynance Cove and a mile from the Lizard Point, Britain's most southerly point. You can join the SWCP from many places around the village. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
