Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Vita Nova: Fresh and Modern with Retro Vibes

Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap. Farmhouse style one bedroom bungalow. Driving down you will be welcomed by the beautiful mossy 100+ year oaks that are as well all over the property, sit down by the emerald green pond and enjoy the fresh air. Pool is off limits. Just come and pet the Donkeys ( Chloe and Clementine) mother and daughter duo that love attention.

Upstairs bungalow located above garage. Private and quiet surroundings located in downtown St. Marys. Walk to shopping and dining. Very close proximity to Cumberland Island ferry.
