Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Denna helt nybyggda lägenhet har allt du behöver - perfekt för studenter, par och vänner. Två separata sovrum, ett med med dubbelsäng, ett med två singelsängar. Balkong, vardagsrum och badrum med kombinerad tvätt och torktumlare. Lägenheten är fullt möblerad. 500 m promenad till pendeltågets station Galoppfältet som går in till Östra station i Stockholm. Det finns även buss till Mörby Centrum för tunnelbanans röda linje. Täby Centrum ligger 1 km bort. En trivsam lägenhet med hemtrevlig känsla.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!
