As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

"160 Degrees" is three separate apartments, located in the historic part of "Bethlehem rock" in Tbilisi. This one is BIG APARTMENT with big terrace. Panoramic views of all the sights of Tbilisi are opened. Our unique views are from the terrace and balconies, from where the name of the object came – "160 degrees", so You can see the whole city. The concept is decided in an impressive style of the 80s of the last century, due to the history of the object, the house was rehabilitated in 1987.
