Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

Beautiful Custom Nantucket Home

Our custom built home is located on a private, natural and secluded location in the beautiful Fishers Landing neighborhood in Madaket. It is perfect for a family of 4. The home is close to beaches, crabbing, bike paths and Madaket Millies. We have a large private landscaped yard for the kids to play in. We also have a great deck in the back of the house for outdoor dinners, an outdoor shower with and BBQ area. It's a great house in a great spot and we have many happy repeat guests.

A unique upside down two bedroom cottage with a deck and a view of the Harbor. A curated space with antique beams, handcrafted doors, flooring and cabinetry, antiques and fine art. It all lends a vintage feel to an up to date with all the amenities home. There is a private small side yard and garden with outdoor grill and seating. This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.

Private 1 bedroom suite in a great location to explore Nantucket. The guest suite has a private, fenced side entrance with Adirondack chairs. The room has a king bed, a/c, private bath, TV, mini-frig, Keurig, microwave & small table with chairs. A soundproofed, locked door separates the guest suite from the main house. Close to beaches, conservation areas, golfing, bike paths, shopping & dining, brewery, and nightlife.

The Mermaid Suite, walk to Beaches, 15 min to town

The Mermaid Suite is an efficiency apartment within walking distance to Nobadeer, Stones and Fisherman's Beaches. Well equipped with queen bed, desk, galley kitchen, full bath, outdoor shower, private entrance, linens, towels, parking, a/c and heating, etc. The Studio is a spacious 400 sq. ft. Secluded, private location. Comfortable, Cozy, and convenient.
