Tellico Plains Inn, Boutique Hotel, The Babcock

The Babcock Room is the largest room in the entire Inn, and the only room on the first floor. The Babcock Room has a king bed and a futon. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The room has its own ductless heating and cooling unit, 55" smart TV, console/desk and chairs, k-cup coffee machine and a mini fridge. Although rehabbed in 2023, The Tellico Plains Inn was originally established in 1916 and is in the heart of Tellico Plains and the start of the Cherohala Skyway.

The spacious Sequoyah Suite is outfitted with a luxurious king-size bed, organic cotton linens, modern furnishings, a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Violet Room is equipped with 2 queen beds and has one of the best views in the Lodge with 3 large windows overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. This room is on our lower floor. This is a private room within our Lodge. Guests do have access to our Great Room where there is a pool table and use of our Grand Patio where you can enjoy your coffee from our complimentary coffee bar. The Great Room and Patio are common spaces.

Marshall House Inn 2-Bedroom Suite, Walk Downtown

Room #5/6 includes 2 king bedrooms along with a private bathroom. Common areas include a 1st and 2nd floor living room (where the complimentary light breakfast is available), dining room, a 50' covered porch overlooking downtown and the French Broad River, a game room and fire pit. A short walk from charming, walkable Main Street with its riverside cafes, restaurants, shops and brewery, and only 25-minutes from downtown Asheville, the Inn is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Our Deluxe Eco Cabin is two shipping containers that were renovated into a tiny home. It has a Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa and hotel-style kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The sliding glass doors allow natural light to flood the space, and you can't get a better view! Sit on the private back deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset behind the Appalachian Mountains. Guests must be able to walk up a small hill to access the cabin.
