We are situated minutes walk to Brannen Lake beach and 3 minute drive to Long lake. We are located in a residential neighbourhood and are close to all amenities and fun activities Nanaimo has to offer. Just minutes drive to Departure Bay ferry terminal and 20 minute drive to the Nanaimo airport and Duke Point Ferry terminal.

Old City Quarter Miners Cottage

Private small one bedroom miners cottage in quite downtown neighborhood. Close to many amenities, VIU & hospital. Easy walk to the seawall, shopping and many restaurants. The cottage is set in a lovely garden with seating under the gazeboor under the grape arbor. Both hosts John and Marc are artists and have a small show room on the property that we a happy to open if our guests have a desire to see more of our art. Sorry we are unable to accept same day guests.

This is a peaceful space to call your own while staying in the Harbour City. We are 5 minutes from the Departure Bay ferry terminal, one block from the Nanaimo Hospital and a short drive to downtown. The suite was designed to create a peaceful, bright and open setting where you can enjoy our backyard & the the koi pond while being separate for your own privacy. We offer on site parking, wifi, cable, and a small coffee/tea & snack package to enjoy during your stay.

This unique old south facing waterfront multilevel house has the best view and the best waterfront access on the most prestigious street in Nanaimo. Lots of parking. The AirBnB space is available for 4 adults plus children. Everything you need including kayaks and bicycles! Sometimes you can get free boat rides with the owner. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
