Az apartman Kaposváron egy négyemeletes társasház 3. emeletén találhatò. A belvárostól kb. 500 méterre helyezkedik el, gyalogosan is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. Ingyenes wifi biztosított az egész lakás területén belül. Gyermekes családokat is szívesen várunk, etetőszéket, utazóágyat tudunk biztosítani.

Lehet horgászni, sokféle madár hangjában gyönyörködni vagy a szarvasok bőgését hallgatni. Nagy gonddal alakítottuk ki ezt a különleges szálláshelyet. Remek kirándulóhelyek vannak a közelben. De ha valaki a város nyüzsgésére vágyik, a közelben van Siófok, a Balaton parti üdülő város, ahol sokféle szórakozási és vásárlási lehetőség van.

Libic: peaceful paradise

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
