Cozy and comfortable 3 Bedroom, 1 bath cottage with laundry and fenced yards. Close to shopping and activities but tucked away in a quiet spot next to a green belt and Humboldt Bay. Fresh paint, and new flooring, with a full remodel with new bedding, linens and beautiful granite counters. Game room! Comfortable living room with 55” smart TV and high-speed wifi. Bedrooms down the hall with queen beds in the Main and Second bedroom, and two twins in the third. Excellent mattresses and bedding.

The Guesthouse is on a quiet street surrounded by decorative trees on 1/2 acre. There is a private entrance to the second floor space. This is a brand new building with hardwood floors, a full kitchen, double shower, and washer and dryer. The bedroom has a cal king Tempurpedic bed. There is also a large, southern facing deck to enjoy the sun and views of the apple trees and extensive landscaping. The Guesthouse offers private, quiet accommodations in a clean, modern space.

Queen pullout couch and full bed convertible euro lounger in sitting room. Washer and dryer on site.

My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.
