City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.

In the very centre of Poreč, within a short walking distance to the beach and old town, renovated in 2021. Our 43 m2 apartment is in the attic of a residential building, high 3rd floor with no elevator (60 steps!), modern and fully equipped. Suitable for 2 people, with the possibility for one adult or two kids on the sofa bed (135x198).
