Gode della vicinanza del più grande polmone verde del centro-città (parco Tommasini). Ci si può spostare comodamente a piedi per visitare il centro. Appena ristrutturato, è composto da entrata, camera da letto, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina abitabile accessoriata, bagno e terrazza. È vietato organizzare eventi. Viene fornita la biancheria e l'essenziale per un primo ristoro. Sotto casa si trovano: ristoranti, mercato generale coperto, fermate bus, caffè, negozi tipici, supermercati.

Za ogled našega podeželja boste morali imeti avto,saj se nahaja nekaj km od Portoroža,v gričevnatem predelu Slovenske Istre.

You will love our place because of the location, ambiance, great sea view; neighborhood but most of all because it's only 30 m away from the beach, in the close area there are surf school and snack bar. Also town's centar, grocery stores, restaurants and dinings are close and places for family-friendly activities. You can come alone, with your family or friends - also furry ones (pets) we have place for everyone, and everyone is welcome.

Situated in the middle of the Istrian peninsula, between the historical towns of Motovun and Pazin, and a mere 30 min ride from the beach, it's central location allows you to make each day of your holiday unique and special.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
