Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.

This place has spacious hall, with dining area, fireplace, billiard table, grand piano and adjacent kitchen. It is especially comfortable and welcoming due to outdoor sitting areas where guests can relax and dine together. There are 10 bedrooms in the house, with bathrooms, ACs.

The apartment is newly renovated, well designed and very comfortable (17 sq.m) is the best choice with the price. The apartment is located on the first floor of the historic building, close to the Opera hause.
