Andy's Home Cottage is an Official Tourism Northern Ireland 4 star rated establishment. Our beautiful cottage is a newly refurbished traditional space with quirky vintage decor. A tranquil country escape a short distance from the infamous Mourne Mountains. It has a large garden which is ideal for relaxing in the sun and a patio for socialising in the country air. Ferryhill Cottage

Had a revamp in Feb’25 to brighten, freshen and update the cottage. Solar panels fitted in August’25. Close to Omeath on the Irish side of the border, it lies between Newry & Carlingford. A quiet location, lovely ambiance & plenty of outdoor space. A car is a necessity. Great for couples, solo adventurers, walkers, golfers and cyclists or just to disconnect from the chaos. Not set up for child safety. It offers a work from home alternative with very good wifi connectivity supporting video calls

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.
