We are proud to be the only house in the entertainment district and in eyesight of all the exciting businesses next door. Come play cornhole in the back yard, test your skill on our Olhausen 22’ regulation size shuffleboard, go sightseeing around the Baker District on our selection of bikes 🚴 and enjoy some honey 🐝 from our White River farm. We would love to be your host as you enjoy the MH area

Linens, dishes, pots, pans, oven, fridge, microwave, gas grill, washer, dryer, wi-fi and more. Perfect for a family get away/retreat. Cabin was updated in 2017. Owner is a top realtor so If you are looking for property in the area she can ass! Guests said beds were to soft so we purchased firmer mattresses. Now some say to firm… we try. 😊

Welcome to the American Ice House relax and unwind in the two person jacuzzi on one of the 2 decks after a day at the lake , located 1 minute from the property. Grill up your favorite cuisine on the new gas weber grill. There is plenty of wildlife to watch from the front deck in our comfortable wooden rockers. Plenty of parking for your camper, boat, or toys. We also offer bagged ice located on site half price for your days spent with family and friends. You deserve this JUST GO FOR IT !!!

Lake House

Our "Lake House" is a beautiful, new, 720 sq ft, 1 bdrm, 1 full bath cabin. It offers: king bed, large closet, 55" mounted flat screen TV in bdrm, pull-out sofa sleeper (queen), 55" mounted flat screen TV in living room, full kitchen, with pots and pans, utensils, cookware, keurig (BYO pods), linens, towels, and hair dryer. Pool towels are not provided. Bath towels are NOT to be brought to the pool. There is a strict NO PET policy in our cabins. Parking is for one. Max capacity is for 4.

Lake Norfork Cabin A

Cozy single room cabin w/shower bathroom and a lake view. The cabin sleeps five with one queen Sleep Number bed and one double futon with a twin bed on top, and is located in Henderson less than a mile from Lake Norfork Marina. Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

Rainbow 2 is a Cabin that sits back to back with Rainbow 1 and 3. The 3 Cabins sit in the center of Copper Johns Resort (not waterfront) and only a short walk to amazing river access. Free wifi, smart tv, 1 king bed and 1 twin bed, full bathroom, 2 recliners, sink, mini fridge, and an outside charcoal grill. Wide doors and no steps make this unit wheelchair assessable. Located between The White River State Park and Gastons, both of which provide a public ramp and boat rental business.

The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community.
