Our Homestead and Cottage (please see our Goosewing Cottage listing too) are fully self-contained, architect-designed and immaculately presented. We are located in the peaceful, picturesque rural township of Mount View, around a 15-20 minute drive from Pokolbin. We are surrounded by neighbouring farms, lush, rolling pastures and an abundance of native wildlife. The stunning Homestead has panoramic views over the Brokenback Ranges and surrounding countryside, as well as its own private pool.

Caledonia Cottage - Pet Friendly - Hunter Valley

Caledonia Cottage, is a beautifully restored federation miners cottage built circa 1910. Located in the gateway to the Hunter Valley, 10 minutes drive to the best wineries in NSW, 10 minutes walk to food and entertainment, and a short bus trip to popular Pokolbin concerts at Bimbadgen and Hope Estates. Hunter Valley - "Outta Range" Rural Cabin

Your accommodation is set in the beautiful Congewai valley, close to the wineries of the Hunter Valley, the Hope Estate to catch that concert of choice, the Hunter Valley Gardens, Ballooning and many more activities. The historical town of Wollombi is a short country drive. We are only 400 metres to access a section of the Great North Walk where you can walk to the top of the mountain or further. Bring your mountain bikes to enjoy a quiet easy ride through this spectacular pastural valley.

Murray cottage

Murray is a two-bedroom cottage with two queen beds. It has beautiful views of neighbouring vineyards, and is quiet and peaceful. For weekend bookings, a minimum of two guests is required. The cottage is five minutes drive from Hunter Valley galleries and major wineries and restaurants, and less than two hours from Sydney. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among sprawling gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous heritage listed cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill.

We are a popular choice for wedding guests with a 6 minute drive to Redleaf, Mystwood and Woodhouse and 10 minutes to Stonehurst. Great base for exploring the Hunter vineyards, attending concerts, bushwalking or just relaxing and watching cows wander past.
