The place allows guests to be fully independent during their stay in Hobart. The Studio IS UP to the HILL ( MountStuart). At430 meters from North Hobart restaurants strip, buses, the State Theatre cinema, Chemist, the Post Office and pubs. 20 minutes walk down Elizabeth Street brings you to the centre of the city.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Our house is 800m to North Hobart dining out strip and 300m to the famous Hill St Grocery store where Tasmanian gourmet products are available. You can walk to the city centre. Your accommodation is downstairs of our family home: a self-contained area with a separate entry off the verandah. It has a bedroom, a fully renovated bathroom, and a small living area with a kitchenette. We live upstairs, so we can assist you if needed but we also will give you privacy. There is free on-street parking.

The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Privately positioned at the back of our leafy garden with separate access and gated off street parking away from the main house, Studio 68 is located just a two minute walk from the North Hobart strip and a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, this garden studio is only a 5 minute drive to the Mona ferry terminal or a 20 minute drive to Mona. "The Cave" is a stylish and unique self-contained apartment under my centrally located 1885 West Hobart home. It is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and a short walk to the Elizabeth Street North Hobart cafe strip. With the stairs to the entry and the bed in a raised platform "nook", "The Cave" may not be for everyone, but if you're looking for well located lodgings that ooze atmosphere I think you'll love it!
