Full laundry in the kitchen, also. Leather recliner in the living room, as well as a comfy leather couch. Smart tv, set up for antenna, as well as netflix and hulu. 5G wifi thru out the home. Firepit in the backyard. Tables and chairs on the front deck, as well as the rear patio. Relaxed atmosphere also provided!

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Please come stay at our cottage and you will enjoy everything about it. You will have access to the entire cottage for days of fun!! We are only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach a.d a big playground. You will also enjoy our fire pit with Firewood included. We are also located only 15 miles from Erie where you can enjoy Presque Isle, Waldameer and Splash Lagoon. Experience boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing on Lake Edinboro and the best Steelhead fishing in the fall and Spring on our local streams just minutes away. Enjoy the winter months at Mt. Pleasant ski resort, ice fishing or cross country skiing with many trail at our area parks.

Private 2 bedroom suite w/hot tub

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
