With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

A comfortable studio unit in a quiet beach hill suburb of Sumner. Guests appreciate the low price & as described by a recent guest “One of the best Airbnb we have stayed in, great little private place in a great part of Christchurch.” One off-road park is available. Great walks within 15 minutes, uphill to open farmland & downhill to Sumner beach, cafe's & restaurants. The studio is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with no road noise and with very quiet neighbours. It's a very restful setting.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

At the foot of the Port Hills, there's lots of opportunities to explore them and the Harbour within a short distance. Close to bus and cycle routes, as well as plenty of e-scooters nearby, we are only a 10 minute drive to the city or 15 minutes by bus, the perfect launchpad to explore Chch!

Great for a couple, our wee garden hideaway nestled on the lower slopes above Redcliffs has a commanding view and a charming 'tiny home' feel. Completed in 2023, this cabin has everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. With bellbirds singing, enjoy the sunrise from your bed and the ever changing view.
