Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

La casa si trova nel nucleo storico, in zona soleggiata, l'appartamento è al primo piano e dispone di una terrazza con vista sul paese. Il parcheggio è gratuito, la stazione ferroviaria si trova a 3 minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze vi sono servizi quali, negozi di alimentari, panetteria, ristoranti e grotti, parrucchiere e farmacia.

Situata in un piccolo villaggio montano, immersa nel verde, si presta come punto di partenza per interessanti escursioni in montagna oppure semplicemente come luogo per rigenerarsi e rilassarsi a stretto contatto con la natura.

Cà Nicolas è situato un po' fuori dal paese in una zona tranquilla con vista sulle montagne e un bel ruscello nelle vicinanze. La casa è raggiungibile attraverso un sentiere di ca. 100 metri dal parcheggio auto. Parcheggio auto in strada gratis.
