This loft is situated on the north side of the town square in Newton, IL in one of Jasper County's oldest buildings. Guests are invited to enjoy our relaxing atmosphere, go for walk on the nearby Eagle Trails, visit a neighboring gym, take a class at the Dance Hall Studio, receive a healing touch massage, or visit one of our many natural resources. Craftsman Bungalow Guest House

Welcome to the Craftsman Bungalow Guest House. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is a 1930's Sears Craftsman home located near downtown Greenup, about 1 mile from Rt 70. Greenup, known as the Village of the Porches between Interstate 70, IL RT 40 and IL RT 130, with over 1500 residents. Our Main Street (Cumberland St/Il Rt 121) is also part of the National Road, attractive old architecture, beautiful overhanging porches leading to our Covered Bridge

Filled with warm tones, charming details and a cozy atmosphere, you will want to make a cup of tea and curl up with a good book, enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch swing, or visit with your friends and family in a welcoming and inviting home. I have provided a game cabinet, stocked kitchen, and outside seating with a fire pit. This 900 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is 4 blocks from downtown in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
