Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

This clean and comfortable retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area with a queen-size sofa bed, for extra guests. The apartment is part of a 90 acre fruit and veggie farm in beautiful Hotchkiss. There are two bedrooms, an open living/dining space, and a bathroom with a shower. The views of the mountains are outstanding from the large windows, and we are conveniently located on Highway 92. A creek runs along the east, and the space is quiet. Lots of space to take walks and see farm life in action! Aspen and Telluride are both about 2 hours by car. The north rim of the Black Canyon is 50 minutes away.

No animals allowed.

Modern vaulted 2 Bed Apartment, with separate living and work areas. High ceiling, comfortable. We have had a guest that has stayed in all of our units for several weeks each and this was her favorite. Excellent downtown location, walk to Brewery, Sushi, Pizza, Yoga, Downtown shopping.
