BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. Nestled in the historic hamlet of Villa Grande, this two story cottage has a forested, off the beaten path vibe, and is walking distance to a beautiful secluded beach on the Russian River. It’s a 5 minute drive to Downtown Monte Rio, 10 minutes from Guerneville and Occidental and a stone's throw from the coast, towns, and wineries that Sonoma has to offer. Great for work (high speed internet) or play. Access to a kayak in summer.

Serene Russian River retreat in the Northwood neighborhood, close to the golf course and surrounded by a 1200 sq ft Redwood deck. Watch the hummingbirds and sip your glass of wine while you sit by the fire and explore the heart of the Russian River. This is a family-friendly home, and to keep it that way, we trust that you will clean up after your children accordingly. If not, we will need to charge additional cleaning fees.
