There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 15-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 10 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a fire pit with a BRAND NEW hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

It has one full bed, a bunkbed (twin sized), and a futon. There is a living area space that includes a TV, along with a functioning kitchen so that you can feel right at home during your stay! Cozy retreat located off Lake Erie in Woodchuck Marina! Situated on Woodchuck Creek, we have boat access to Lake Erie. For the family, there is Lake Erie access at a neighborhood park. The cottage is attached to a marina office/coffee shop. The cottage has a nice vibe somewhere between fishing and mid-century modern. The house has a fenced-in yard, including a dining table, seating area, hot tub, grill, and playhouse.
