An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Our house is located just outside of Wexford town. The property overlooks the river Slaney and the guests can look out their kitchen window at the river. Our apartment can accommodate 2 adults, 1 child and an infant. A five minute drive from Enniscorthy and only a stones throw from some of Irelands finest beaches. this is a one bedroom cottage but can sleep 3 with futon or single that we can put in place for a third guest . we welcome infants and teens This house is not toddler friendly
