Water House is a beautiful , spacious, private detached property which nestles in the remote, very peaceful hamlet of Sparty Lea within the North Pennines AONB. With stunning panoramic views across the valley shadowed by heather moorland. Private sunny garden and parking for 2 cars. Perfectly situated for hill walking, pony trekking, cycling, bird watching or stargazing in the truly dark skies, or simply unwinding in the garden room and watching the weather and landscape constantly changing!

A characterful cosy cottage for two (Super King zip link or twin beds) in beautiful Arkengarthdale, the most northerly of The Yorkshire Dales, with large walk-in shower. There are stunning walks from the door, along Arkle Beck, through picturesque woods or onto open moorland. Secure cycle storage is available, the area is perfect for on and off-road cycling and we can advise guests on some great routes. A village pub, and a highly regarded hotel restaurant are a short walk away. Sorry, no pets.

The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor.
