EV charging available, app showing usage and cost. We pride ourselves in offering a property that’s relaxing, private and quiet. Tucked away down a private driveway. Handy for Bury and Ramsbottom; close to local steam railway. Close to M66/M60. as well as countryside.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
