Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.

The room features a double bed with ensuite shower room, breakfast area with fridge and freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and chairs. Travel cot available.
