The spacious open floor plan inside includes one queen bed, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a large countertop/bar for food preparation, eating and entertaining. The large balcony/patio outside includes a charcoal grill, and wicker furniture. The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

The Surf Hut and Pelican Palace are located on the same lot but have independent access. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old.
