Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. This home affords the perfect opportunity to both relax and unwind, while also playing in the sand and surf. We hope you enjoy your stay!

With a large and heated pool you have direct access to the beach where, in season, you will see turtles that lay hundreds of eggs, right there in our yard. From the kitchen, its balcony as its three bedrooms will delight you with the sunrise and the moonrise. The large palapa at the roof offers unlimited views of the sea from the east to west and a spectacular sunset. In this house you will have memories that will last forever.

Es una pequeña casa frente al mar con terraza y estacionamiento propio, cuenta con todos los servicios (agua caliente, cocina, wifi, televisión y aire acondicionado) la cual la hace ideal para un fin de semana o estancias cortas. Located on Playa Careyeros, between Punta de Mita and Sayulita. Access the surfing, great swimming, snorkeling, beautiful beaches, picturesque towns and delicious cuisine the area is so well known for! Smart Bamboo Blend sheets and black out curtains in the downstairs King bedroom for serene nights and tranquil mornings.

The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

With a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, the house is built on a hillside overlooking the quiet and majestic Mermejita Beach and is completely surrounded by nature, which makes it an exceptional refuge. It's located only five walking minutes away from the beach and fifteen minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.

Ocean front home with private entrance to a sandy beach. This spacious property is directly in front of the Pacific Ocean. There are no homes, walkways or structures that block the view or access to the beach. The home has a large multi-level beach patio and is located inside a gated community with 24/7 guarded station.
