In the middle of the small town Methoni in the southwest of the Peloponnese stands the villa "An olive tree, a lemon and a house". It is a renovated authentic Greek stone house. In the ground floor we have a spacious one room studio / loft with your own cooking area - 500 m to the beach and approx. 25 min. by car to the next golf course. -- Completed in 2019, new air con in 2023

It's our family getaway, our childhood paradise of joy,swimming and daydreaming. We are happy to host guests and families who love nature, sea and peace. It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set.
