In the ground floor we have a spacious one room studio / loft with your own cooking area - 500 m to the beach and approx. 25 min. by car to the next golf course. -- Completed in 2019, new air con in 2023

Είναι πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο και απέναντι από την πλατεία Συγγρού όπου υπάρχει το Ενετικο πηγάδι και συνχρονη παιδική χαρά. Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει οικογένειες μέχρι πέντε ατόμων. Ο εξοπλισμός είναι πλήρης όπως ένα κανονικό σπίτι.Σε πεντε λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στην πλατεία της παραλίας όπου υπάρχουν καφέ και εστιατόρια και στον πεζόδρομο της αγοράς με τα μεζεδοπωλεία.
