This is a small private waterfront cottage located in a park like setting with a wonderful view of the Maumee River. It is ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds with double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 and has a new kitchen and a new bath. In addition to the free use of kayaks, there is a 10 mile walking trail withn 50 feet .

Located in a historical charming town 12 mi. south of Toledo, this 1890’s home provides the perfect guest accommodations for a relaxing get-a-way. A private electronic key entry leads to a second-floor suite with 2 Q-bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom w/ tub/shower, stool and sink. Guests are invited to unwind on the wraparound porch (May-October). Off-street parking is available for one car. Close to I-75, 80/90 and Rt 24. Sleeps 4 (ages 7 and up) and is not handicap accessible due to stairs.

(Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024)

1887 building in the heart of Historic Maumee, Ohio, located in a quiet safe neighborhood. Quiet building. First floor front and back private entrance. Wood flooring throughout; no carpet to harbor irritants that may set off allergies or asthma. One block walk to uptown restaurants and shops. Walk to Side Cut Metropark, Maumee River, library, and five churches. Very clean. Less than 9 miles to downtown Toledo. We are unable to accommodate emotional support or service animals.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
