Lakefront Carriage House at Misty Lake

Very serene getaway in a quiet country setting 9 miles north of Wasilla. Our 35 acre waterfront homestead is on a non-motorized, private lake. The space is a 2nd floor 1-BR mother-in-law suite above our detached garage (garage is only for storage so very quiet). It has a well stocked kitchen, bedding, W/D and gas grill on the deck. Enjoy the fire pit and dock on the lake to enjoy an evening sunset and relax. There are kayaks, canoe and paddle boat to explore our lake and view wildlife.

Cottage at Rose Ridge

The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.
