Conveniently located on 77-acres of rolling farm land, our family invites you to unwind and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the DMV. The farm offers incredible sunsets, lush gardens with a gorgeous wooden pergola, and plenty of farm friends to keep you company! The Lounge is bright with a modern farmhouse feel and comes with all the essentials to make you feel at home!

Charming Waterfront Cottage on Historic Property

Enjoy a peaceful get-away in a beautifully renovated, historic cottage. The 115 acre property is on a peninsula with over 2 miles of shoreline. This charming home has water access, trails, a canoe, a hammock, and a lovely grilling patio. The cottage is on the private grounds of Whitehall Mansion, built in 1764 as the home of Governor Sharpe. The farm is used for horse boarding and private weddings. Nearby attractions include Annapolis, the US Naval Academy, Washington D.C., and Baltimore.

Last 2 years was lived in and now ready to share. We will upgrade as time goes on. Walkable to pier ( heavily damaged in winter storm ) but still walkable to water and boat entrance. Use to camp outside and enjoy a fire. If it rains or just to cold enjoy a beautiful renovated barn.

We live in an apartment attached to a 100 year old barn where my daughter and her family reside. We lovingly call our place "Howard's Cove Retreat." We are 3 miles from Annapolis and our home is located on Luce Creek. We offer two bedrooms and two full baths, a full kitchen and a living area, plus access to outdoor space and boating off of our dock. Our place is good for couples and families especially those who want to be close to their Naval Academy sons/daughters.

The house has been painstakingly restored over the last 18 months, with modern amenities you'd expect such as all-new appliances and high speed WiFi. Proximity to the Gunpowder Falls for fishing or tubing, the NCR trail (less than .2 mile away) and endless roads to bike on make it a great escape.

The Homestead at Sugar Water Manor Farm Stay

The Red Barn is located in a very rural setting about 10 miles from Gettysburg. The Red Barn is approximately 1/2 mile off the main road and within a stone's throw of the Mason Dixon Line. If you are looking for a quiet space with not super internet this is the place. Plenty of books to read, miniature donkeys to watch playing with their border collie pal and on a clear night - see some awesome stars!
