Beautiful Appledore villa with fabulous views

Sunnyside sits right in the heart of Appledore, on a quiet cobbled street just five minutes’ walk from the quayside, pubs, shops, galleries, cafés and the village bakery. It’s close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxed. The house is a Victorian villa arranged over three floors: most of the elegant bedrooms have stunning views across the estuary. Outside there's an enclosed, lawned garden, a patio for al fresco dining and a deck overlooking the estuary and Instow.

Mobility friendly villa with gorgeous sea views!

They are classed as mobility friendly with a separate entrance at the rear of the accommodation on a flat surface, and an allocated parking space next to the rear entrance. As well as the access at the rear of the accommodation, these villas have an entrance at the front of the accommodation. They have a fully equipped kitchen, living space, and dining area. They also have fantastic sea views and come with a private veranda. (please note there is an additional fee for pets).

Backing onto the Kipling Tors with superb views of Bideford Bay, these cosy villas have full central heating throughout. They have an open plan kitchen, dining and a living space. The villas can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and comprise of one double and one twin bedroom. They all boast private sheltered verandas with sea views, perfect to enjoy an early breakfast or a late drink watching the sun set over the bay. (Please note there is an additional fee for pets).
