Newly furnished villa in Pinezići for 6 - 8 persons. The villa ANDRO has three double bedrooms (two of which have a private bathroom) and a total of three bathrooms. Nicely decorated living room, fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry room are at your disposal too. Upper rooms have access to a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.
