The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Several restaurants and places to shop within minutes. Several boat ramps within 5 min of the cabin. There is room for 1-4 people to stay with a fold out couch in living room and 1 queen bed in the bedroom. A blackstone and porch furniture makes it easy to grill out and relax. Plenty of parking for boats.

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

The covered back porch is our favorite place for morning coffee or an afternoon bbq while watching our favorite tv sport. All of this within a few minutes of 3 different marinas....
