Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

A modern and completely remodeled A-Frame cabin right in between Higgins & Houghton Lake. 5 Minute drive from Higgins Lake, 10 minute drive to Houghton Lake, and close to golf courses and hiking trails. Tucked back away from the road, you will have a peaceful and relaxing evening with the wood burning fireplace, puzzles, games, books, bonfire pit, and a stylish interior including one full bath, one first floor bedroom, and a loft. The couch also pulls into a queen bed.

The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
