This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. We have a newly renovated, spacious modular home 30mins from Gainesville (home of the Florida Gators). This immaculate and charming residence is fully furnished with four bedrooms and a large living room on owners' 40-acre horse farm.
