A full Kitchen with microwave, oven and fridge, programmable AC, heater and state of the art entertainment system (Flat TV, blu ray player with movies selection and bluetooth radio). Leather interiors and luxurious finishings. Your private parking and independent entrance will be in the parallel alley in the back of the property. The secluded landscaped backyard features outdoor furniture and, of course, our incredible hot tub: a Jacuzzi J-LXL SPA that only waits for you to Soak in! Private covered parking in the back alley. Guests will be able to enjoy all our common areas. Both front & back door have a secure code for guests to use. We love LA. We love this house. We are family here, and because we enjoy it so much, we would love you to love it your own way. So: either you want information, tours, ideas, suggestions, shopping tips, or just enjoying your own self looking at our palm trees, we hope to make your experience as pleasant as possible. We lately had the pleasure to host a very inspiring sound healer, so we are starting a whole new journey with his Western counterpart: from now on, we will offer a sound Healing / spa+sound package you can check out in our slideshow AND in the House rules. The neighborhood is super friendly and diverse. Shop at the local Japanese market, sample amazing gelato, browse vinyl, or pick up handcrafted soaps and oils. Unwind and soak up the gentle breeze from nearby Venice Beach. Conveniently located in front of a shopping mall, this West Culver City area is LOADED with cool restaurants, wineries and local businesses which are some historic LA trademarks, like the famous Comic World store. The beach is just a ride away, and it usually takes 15 mins with a bike, 5 on the bus ( bus stops are 200 feet away, and they connect to Santa Monica, Downtown LA, Hollywood, and the Metro Expo line) or with the car. This area is experiencing a rebirth due to the massive move of big Tech Companies and because of the high demands in terms of novelty and forward thinking, some fantastic new realities are happening right now. Come experience the vibe of this change! "The Hatchet Hall" one of LA best restaurants, "Cafe' Laurent", the "Detour" wine bar, the "Grav-lax" ( THE place for salmon lovers) the "A-frame" and the amazing "Tangaroa" fish market are good examples of how seriously this change is taking over, and all these locations are literally around the corner, which is the other good part) We welcome peple from all around the world: us being Italian, we'll love to share this town with you, for we chose it and love it. The area is conveniently served by two main bus lines: The 33 Metro bus will take you to Venice Beach in 10 minutes and to in about 50, and the CulverCity bus line 1 goes from Venice beach to Downtown Culvert City, next the famous new Stairs! You can bike to Venice in about 15, or just walk to Menotti's for a perfect espresso, to Hotcake or Cafe' Laurent for the best pastry, or to the Mitsuwa Market for the best ramen... Our Farmers Market is on Sundays, and the best ice cream is at Ginger's!

Hi – welcome to our modern and compact private free standing studio (325 sq ft), centrally located near restaurants, transportation and freeways. Bright and cozy, featuring private entrance, full stove, fridge, in-unit washer/dryer, and AC/heat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it’s the perfect home base while you explore the city. NOTE this is a studio guest house on our property, and we do live in the front house. We may say hi if we see you. 1 car permit will be provided.
