Cozy, Quiet & Sanitized

* Extra sanitizing measures are in place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. * My place is cozy, clean, and quiet with all the comforts of home! It is located half way between the highway and downtown. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

Secluded apartment at Summerwynd farmette

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. The apartment is well suited for a busy work trip, busy vacation, or just to relax. January 2026 note- Great skiing stay or work stay with our solid winter weather and snowfall. Great improvement in 2025 in adjacent downtown area and pedestrian access.

My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. Bliss on the Lake

This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.
