Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a residential neighborhood. Manzanita and the beach are 1.5 miles and Nehalem 2 miles away. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome for a $45 fee. We have a small desk for remote work.

If you're looking for a Manzanita vacation rental on the north Oregon coast, you’ve just discovered truly unique beachfront lodging. Our deluxe oceanfront cottages in Manzanita offer Pacific Ocean and mountain views all within easy walking distance of downtown. The City of Manzanita requires us to collect 9% transient lodging tax on the rent from each guest. There should be a separate Airbnb line item for this tax. MCA#633

Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy! *This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.
