A couples retreat or friends/family getaway for up to 7 guests be it a summer beach holiday or winter walks & relaxing in front of the fire. Blue Flag beach St. Mildred's Bay is 300 metres from the door, explore the Westgate High St shops, Margate Old Town, tennis at the nearby courts or enjoy the sun and a BBQ on the private patio. A homely and quite stylish bungalow with large, light soaked conservatory, and garden (part wild, part gardened). Botany Bay with it's expansive beach and chalk cliffs is at the end of the road. The amenities are pretty good - but there's no hot tub or pool, sorry. Good wi-fi, terrestial TV, sound system, games, jig saws, wierd art and recently re-fitted kitchen. Nearby is the Margate scene - with everything from classic fish and chips to the Turner gallery, Broadstairs and Canterbury's not far.

A beautiful, light and airy flat with sea views from every room. The whole flat has been recently renovated with 9 refurbished sash windows. Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. From the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom you can see the iconic orange Lido tower and out to Walpole Bay pool. From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

The Chapel

The Chapel is large and characterful and perfect for families and groups. It has 3 bedrooms all with ensuite's, plus two sofa beds and 3 portable beds, which can accommodate up to 13 adults comfortably. It also has it's own private enclosed garden area with an inbuilt seating/dining area. The 40 foot sitting room has a full size pool table, large tv, Wii and xbox 360. It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
