Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

Sleeping up to 7 guests, there's plenty of space for getaways with families or friends in our 3 bedroom home. All 3 rooms have a double bed + a single bed in the master bedroom. A generally quiet street, with friendly neighbours and a corner shop just a few doors away. Our home is located just a 10 minute drive from Swansea Bay, the Marina and the city centre which boasts a range restaurants, bars and activities including the Leisure Centre, Swansea Arena, the Grand Theatre and arcades.

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. the bedroom facilities are equipped with bed linen and towels.
