Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

The Annex is situated in the countryside enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside and yet only 5 mins by car into Cookstown. Cookstown is in the centre of Northern Ireland and is easily accessible from all parts of the country. We are beside the Cookstown 100 road race.Local attractions are killymoon golf course,Lough fea, wellbrook beetling mill,Davagh Forrest mountain bike trials. We are approx one hour drive from the north coast,international airport and ferry terminals.

Our 'Tranquil Haven by the River Fane' is just a 12.5 KM. drive from the M1 Motorway and part of the famous ‘Drumlin Country’ of Co Monaghan. 'Candlefort Lodge' is a 95 sq m./(1022sq ft.) sized apartment at the lower ground level of our home. It is self-contained, bright, and private. Apartment 3 is part of a barn conversation.The apartment is finished to a very high standard. The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer box, oven ,hob, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. The living room has a sofa bed couch and two occasional chairs. Dining area has a table and four chairs. Bedroom one is en-suits, with a King size bed with an Emma mattress. Bedroom two has two single beds and has no window. The apartment has a main bathroom with shower and has gas heating
