A tranquil and relaxing retreat in its own right and ideally located for visiting local tourist attractions in the Vumba Mountains. A good spot for walkers and hikers, bird watchers and photographers. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, families and groups. We are a 30 minute drive from Mutare and 45 minutes from the Mozambique border post. Please be advised that we recommend you using a high clearance vehicle or a 4x4. During the rainy season, some of the roads may have potholes.

The lovely stone cottage has a stream nearby and amazing views. There is a barbaque/braai area. We use solar power only for lighting and sockets and gas for the hob and oven. This does not support microwave, or element based gadgets. WiFi can be erratic due to mountain terrain.
