The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Located 2.5 km away from town of Ston in the picturesque village called Broce. Apartment is on the top floor of stone house and has 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, air con and WiFi. Quests can use terrace, outside grill and summer kitchen. Apartment is well equipped and 5 minutes walking from the sea/beach. Broce village has sea food restaurant but groceries must be purchased in Ston.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
